There are a ton of truck accessories out there to choose from. Here’s a quick list of the most sought-after accessories for your pickup truck or SUV.

Nerf BarsNerf Bars

Attached to the underside of your vehicle, Nerf bars give you that extra sturdy boost when getting in and out.  Stainless steel and powder-coated finishes, mounting hardware included, and no drilling required.

Tonneau CoversTonneau Covers

Over 30 different styles of soft and hard bed covers; choose from roll-up, retractable, snapping, or folding weather-resistant makes and models.

Air IntakesAir Intake Systems

Benefits include increased horsepower, torque, acceleration response, and towing power—when your engine gets cleaner and more air, it operates better!  Additional benefits are prolonged engine life, improved fuel economy, easy installation and maintenance; installing a K&N system won’t void your vehicle’s warranty!

Bug ShieldsWindow Visors & Bug Shields

Open your windows for ventilation and protect yourself from the elements while improving gas mileage by reducing the need for A/C and wind drag with window visors!  Bug shields protect the leading edge of your hood from stone chips, bug residue, and other road debris, but they do it in aerodynamic style!

Exhaust SystemsExhaust Systems

Functional and eye-appealing systems that are customized to fit your specific make and model turn fuel into power.  Exhaust can be removed more quickly from the cylinder chambers to make room for a purer mixture of fuel and oxygen, optimizing your vehicle for performance.  Improves horsepower and gas mileage!

Roger came to us with a bit of a conundrum.  Truck Champ accepted the challenge and gladly worked with Roger to help him achieve his goal.

He wanted a tonneau cover for his vintage 1972 Chevrolet, but after looking into several different products at other stores, he just could not find one that didn’t have to be custom-made, which would have emptied his wallet completely (and then some). After taking Roger’s truck measurements over the phone, it was determined that a 1973-1987 Chevrolet 8′ bed Extang Trifecta tri-fold tonneau cover would be a pretty close match, and the order was placed.

The cover was first laid on the bed walls and then unfolded half-way.

The two threaded nylon hold-downs were tightened under the cover at the cab-end of the bed.

The cover was then unfolded completely and the two spring tensioners were pulled down and let go. Roger is happy the water will slide right down and off the cover when it rains. The entire process took under ten minutes.

Roger now has a perfectly-fitting Extang Trifecta tonneau cover for his vintage truck, and he didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg for it. Just an example of one of the many satisfied Truck Champ customers!

Hi Guys!

Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and let you know we’ve got some really great stuff in store for you. I’m Judy, the editor of The Official TruckChamp.com Blog.

First, A Little Bit About Me

I’ve worked for L.O.F. Inc. for seven years, and in that time I’ve learned more about trucks and autos than I ever thought I could. Actually, I love to amaze my husband when we walk through parking lots and I point out and name all the accessories on every truck we walk by. I really do carry TruckChamp.com business cards with me, and have even stuck them under the windshield wiper of trucks that are just in desperate need of our services.

I could write you my life story thus far (it’s been pretty interesting), but that’s not what this blog is about. And I think you’ll get to know me and my gang of contributors pretty well along the way anyway.

Why We Started This Blog

Our mission statement at TruckChamp.com is To become the premier automotive internet company by providing superior customer service while representing a strong product offering. There’s so much more to us than the retail side of things, though.  We want our readers and customers to know our educational side. We want you to use the tools we offer to better your experiences with our products and the automotive industry in general.

The Kind of Stuff We’ll Post

Sure we’ll give you some quirky industry news, spy shots, real-life reviews, cool videos, and maybe even some rants and raves.  But if you’re into the lifestyle as much as we think you are, then you’ll find our educational and informational articles, tips and tricks, how-to videos, and step-by-step instructions will appease your hunger for all things truck and SUV.
