"WOW"!! Now that's what I call customer service!! The parts were here, when I returned home from work today. While most companies today are "promoting", their customer service as an extra selling point, (and you usually find out out after the fact, that in reality it's "lack of", ) you people really come through. I absolutely love my Undercover tonneau. The ease in which it can be removed, and re-installed cannot be beat.
