I ordered my nerf steps on a Sunday and didn't expect much for customer service but they were in during the advertised time and answered a billing question promptly. The steps arrived at my house Tues. am via regular ground FedEx. It probably took longer to open the box, check the parts and put the washers on the bolts than it did to install. The tools I used were a deep well 3/8 drive 1/2 inch socket and a 1/2 inch box. I took a pic as I started the drivers side and also one with the finished product and it was 24 MINUTES for the install. Less than an hour for the whole job. I have one problem and that is that they are made in China and I really like to buy AMERICAN, which is why I went with 4 stars on the evaluation section. I will try and update this as to the quality of the steps after a Michigan winter. Overall I amd presently satisfied with the product.
