I'll explain my ratings which I think are pretty fair:
Delivery: Excellent package was in great shape.
Support: Was good some confusion as to the details of the products, but i never had to ask for a manager to get clarification. Ultimately all questions were answered.
Value: Price is pretty fair, and the stainless is very nice
Installation: awesome 20 minutes!
Quality: 3 inch bars very nice. Skid Plate very poor!!! I had this part installed since November, and i drove through some heavy snow the last 2 days and a couple snow piles 2ft high at most in my commute and its pushed in and looks ugly, but does have character I guess now. Now you may question what i drove through but I live in Philadelphia no hills or mountains/ trails near by. Only a stadium complex.
Overall: Since its a 2 piece construction i can at least try to bang it out, and replace if necessary so I'm happy about that. Some disappointment with the skid plate.
