WHAT WINDOW VISORS DO FOR YOUR TRUCK, CAR OR SUV:
A low pressure area is created underneath the vent visor as fast-flowing air passes by (similar to an airplane wing). This low pressure area acts like a vacuum and sucks stagnate air out of your vehicle.
Today's vehicles no longer have gutters to channel away the rain, so moisture can drip into your vehicle if the window is open. With a rain guard, you can prevent the travesty. Window deflectors act like a small covering for your vehicle so you can keep your windows partially open for ventilation and not worry about water getting in.
There is no taping involved on our Snap Inz vent visors. You just insert the rain guards right into place. Once popped into place, not only do they protect your vehicle's interior and allow air flow, but they also are low profile and look stylish!

Don’t you just hate it when you’re driving along in your truck, car or SUV, wanting and needing to open your windows for some fresh air because it’s hot and stuffy inside your vehicle, but it’s either raining or snowing outside and an open window means you’ll get wet? Try a vent visor from Truck Champ! Or maybe you want a cigarette – yes, we all know smoking is bad for you but some of us still do it -- and we don’t want the smell of smoke to remain in the vehicle, but if we open the window during bad weather, we’re bound to get wet. The solution? A window deflector from Truck Champ! Maybe you’re starting to fall asleep from the slap-slap-slap rhythm of the windshield wipers or the hypnotic falling of the snow and you need some fresh cold air to keep you awake, but the fresh, cold air is also WET . . . A window deflector will solve your problem! Or how about the annoying and dangerous problem of fogged up windows and windshields, but opening a window to clear the glass means rain and snow coming in? That’s what a vent visor is for! Or, you’re running low and you’re watching the fuel gauge needle as the air conditioner guzzles your fuel . . . but turning off the A/C means sweltering in a closed-up car because of driving rain. Get yourself a window visor!!!!!!!!!!
WHAT A WINDOW VISOR WILL DO FOR YOUR TRUCK, CAR OR SUV A vent visor -- also commonly known as a rain guard, rain visor, window visor, or window deflector – protects you and the interior of your car, truck or SUV from wet weather, by deflecting rain, snow, sleet, wind and hail away from the windows of your vehicle, thus allowing you to keep your windows open even in inclement weather. A vent visor also helps you save on fuel costs and improves gas mileage because you don’t have to run your air conditioner to keep yourself comfortable every time it rains in summer. A vent visor also improves gas mileage because of the way window deflectors are able to aerodynamically deflect wind (like an airplane wing) to minimize the wind resistance known as “drag” that impedes your vehicles forward motion.
VENT VISOR INSTALLATION All TruckChamp vent visors are easy to install. Our Snap Inzl rain guards simply insert into your window channel, with no taping required and no risk to any painted surfaces. Our Tape-Onz Vent Visor uses automotive grade adhesive. The Putco Chrome Vent Visors are chrome window visors with a no-drill application that uses automotive-grade 3M tape and takes only minutes.
WINDOW VISOR SUMMARY A vent visor is a low-cost, attractive car, truck or SUV accessory that is super easy to install and adds to your vehicles appearance and functionality and provides a significant number of advantages . . . namely that you can comfortably drive with your vehicle windows open in all kinds of weather, enjoying the benefits of fresh air driving — cooling breezes, no need to use a/c, no window fogging, better gas mileage, keeps you awake and alert, etc. etc. — without any of the usual drawbacks of driving with your windows open such as wind, rain, hail, sleet, snow, and road noise coming in your windows and disturbing your ride and the pleasures of driving.
